Program Overview
Conflict Management and Mitigation (CMM) grants are part of a congressionally mandated effort to support people‐to‐people reconciliation activitiesthat bring together individuals of different ethnic,religious or political back grounds from areas of conflict to address the root causes of tension and instability. Since the program’s inception in 2004,USAID West Bank and Gaza Mission andU.S. Embassy Tel Aviv have supported 55 Conflict Management and Mitigation (CMM) grants forI srael ,the West Bank and Gaza.
